​I’ve spent two decades at the intersection of people, performance and leadership — from global law firms to private equity, and five years as HR Director for Atomico, one of Europe’s leading venture capital firms.


My career has been built inside organisations where outperforming is the expectation, not the exception, and where performance is measured by impact, not effort.

​

I’ve helped shape leaders, teams, and people functions alongside some of the sharpest minds at the top of their game. My skills were forged in the realities of pressure, complexity, and environments that leave no room for mediocrity.

​​

From a young age, I’ve always been driven to succeed. Combine raw capability with relentless effort and you can achieve a lot. But over years of working in high-performance arenas, I realised that the highest levels of success and impact require more than capability, effort and drive — they’re shaped by what’s happening inside you and around you.

This is my ‘why’ — the reason I created Mindset Morph. My mission is clear: to activate human potential at the highest level and create the conditions where that potential thrives.

Today, I help ambitious individuals elevate their performance and accelerate their success. I also partner with mission-driven founders and leadership teams to design the people foundations and cultures that bring out the best in their teams and deliver the best for their business. I'm an ICF-certified coach, and also trained and qualified in advanced mindset therapies and techniques, including NLP, Timeline Therapy® and hypnotherapy. This is why I’m equipped to work with both the conscious and unconscious mind when the challenge calls for it.
